Submission Requirements

All scholarship applications are due by Friday, April 5, 2024.

Use the links below to view the applications for NEW and CURRENT students.  Eligibility requirements are listed on each application.

The completed the application and ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS must be submitted on or before Friday, April 5, 2024 using one of the three ways listed below.  The applications linked below are fillable PDFs that can be completed online and then printed to submit by mailing to the address listed below or by emailing as an attachment to the email address listed below.  Be sure to include or attach all the required documents when submitting your application.  If you choose to submit the google form scholarship application, be sure to attach all the required documents before you submit it.
